Our dark maple flavor meets the toasted oak and caramel flavors of bourbon in our newest product. We’ve taken our rich dark maple syrup and aged it for months in a freshly dumped bourbon barrel to achieve just the right balance of flavors. While it’s delicious on just about any breakfast food, we love it with many other foods. It makes an incredible glaze for grilled meats, fish, and vegetables. Add some garlic, smoked paprika, and pepper to spice it up a bit for your ribs and wings. Drizzle it over your desserts or use it as your simple syrup in cocktails.
